SCOPE Model

Based on own experience and best practises Squadra has developed the SCOPE model to support customers from the first steps of defining the PIM/MDM Strategy, all the way to the implementation of the solution and further optimisations. The MDM Factory focusses on the E in SCOPE – the Execution; in particular the implementation of the solution. A key aspect of any platform implementation is the integration of the platform both in the application landscape, as well as integration in the work processes. Another key aspect is finding the optimal solution based on the available out of the box features. This approach minimises customisations which is not only cost effective, but also ensure future upgradeability of the platform.
